Learn to direct healing energy through your hands to reduce stress. Reiki is a natural healing art. Reiki healing works by inducing a state of deep relaxation that enhances your body’s own natural healing powers. It is an effective stress- reducing technique that is used to bring about peace, contentment and increased energy. Reiki promotes wellness and wholeness on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Individuals who are experiencing illness as well as those who are healthy benefit from this healing practice. Reiki also can complements your medical doctor’s treatments and recommendations to enhance the body and mind’s natural healing process. (Always follow your doctor’s recommendations.)

Please bring a few food and baby items with you when you visit the church.
